Advice I'd give to someone just starting out:
Its all about the heals! If you have never worn heals before, go for a chunky heal and wide toe if you want to be able to walk - vodka also helps...

This [picture] was taken outside the Prince Charles Cinema 18th Feb 06 after winning the fancy dress competition. The Urinal and motor bikes are real! PS: it was -2 degrees that night!
