About me...

I came up with the idea of the tribute sites in late 2000. I originally hosted them for free on Tripod.com back when the ads weren't so bad, but after a while, they crowded the site and were painfully annoying, so I decided to consolidate all of the sites onto this one.

I've always liked dark backgrounds with colored content, so I felt that this was the perfect opportunity to use lots of color! I'm self-taught in making websites and I don't know a lot about making graphics, so I try to let the content be the focus of the site. I also really like to keep my sites easy to navigate and quick-loading, so I put a navigation bar at the top of every page on this site and reduce picture file sizes so you don't spend more than a few seconds waiting on a picture to load. I'm also the webmistress for my cast's website, http://ip.rhps.org. The cast name is "Interchangeable Parts," the cast I have been part of since 1996 that currently performs in St. Pete Beach, FL.

I work in a customer service/benefits position full time and go to school full time online, so I'm left with very little time to do the websites, but I love doing them! My personal website is http://www.jannie4711.com.
