The site is to display pictures (and post information) about people in a costume from The Rocky Horror Picture Show (RHPS). Please send me your answers to the questions below *and* send the pictures because I won't post incomplete info. If you have any problem with the form, e-mail me the info (my email address info is below).

Please answer these questions:

#1 - Which character are you?
(Please indicate one character only. You may submit your info for more than one, but please do so separately.

#2 - What is your name?
(Give your name as you want it on your page. Also, name anyone else in the pictures and make sure you have their permission to put them on the internet.)

#3 - City/State/Country you live in?
(Not necessarily the city/state of your cast)

#4 - Birth date (optional):
(If you don't want to list the year, you can always just list the month and date)

#5 - Occupation:
(You don't have to be specific - i.e. costruction, banker, computers)

#6 - Homepage URL (optional):
(You can also put a LiveJournal, MySpace, Photobucket URL, if you have one. You can also list your page on your cast's website)

#7 - E-mail address:
(This will be listed on your page)

#8 - Cast name and web address:
(If more than one, list all casts that you regularly perform for)

#9 - Any previous cast(s)?

#10 - Date you started performing in Rocky Horror:
(Date you started playing any character)

#11 - Why do you love this part?
(What makes this part so special to you? If this was just something you did once or twice, then why?)

#12 - What made you want to perform in this show?
(What or who motivated you? How'd you end up playing this part?)

#13 - Advice you'd give to someone just starting out:
(Tips & Tricks, places to get props or costume pieces, something only those who play this character will understand, etc.)

#14 - Other (Optional)
(RHPS related; Is this your main part?, funny or most memorable experience, costume contest wins, convention performances, costume stories, first performance stories, etc.)

Send me your pictures!:

You may send up to 7 pictures. If you have a preference as to which picture is your main picture, then put it first. I reserve the right to edit or "fix" pictures for size, clarity and/or relevance (I might crop out the extra people in the pictures). If you're submitting someone else's pictures or if anyone else is in the picture with you, be sure to get that person's permission before submitting (some people get touchy about being shown in Rocky costumes on the internet)!
